Next Gen Americas covers the regions of Canada, the United States, and Mexico and is composed of  30 member firms and approximately 100 Next Gen members. The Next Gen Americas group strives to keep its members connected and facilitates the collaboration across firms and regions, between young and rising attorneys, to better serve clients in an increasingly interconnected world.

In addition to more traditional sectors, attorneys involved in Next Gen Americas specialize in some of the most up and coming areas of law in today’s world. These practice areas include cryptocurrency, marijuana and CBD law,  vaping and e-cigarettes, and new configurations to traditional business structures such as benefit corporations. By bringing renewed energy and a fresh perspective to the legal issues facing the global community, members of Next Gen Americas are positioned to serve both the clients of today, as well as those of tomorrow.
