Practitioners have represented lending institutions, secured creditors, formal and informal committees, trustees and other fiduciaries, asset purchasers, individual creditors, landlords, and also the borrowers and distressed entities themselves. They have served as appointed court officials including Receivers, Trustees and Examiners. Because of their global access to other experts, this group can form integrated teams of other disciplines including corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, tax, real estate and intellectual property.
