Women's Group Meeting in Helsinki Delivers Lasting Value

A week on from our Women's Group meeting in Helsinki, it has been encouraging to see so many attendees sharing their reflections on the event.

For us, the most pleasing aspect is not simply that people enjoyed the two days together, but that they left with something useful to take back to their firms. New ideas. Different perspectives. Practical insights that can be applied in day-to-day practice.

That is ultimately what these meetings are for.

Bringing colleagues together from across the network, even for a relatively short event, requires a commitment from everyone involved. Hosts invest time and effort in planning. Speakers generously share their expertise. Attendees step away from busy practices to take part.

So it is particularly rewarding to see that effort reflected in the conversations that have continued since Helsinki.
