Morrison Cohen LLP New York and Mackrell Turner Garrett London advised Tengram Capital Partners on its acquisition of This Works, an award winning producer of natural health and beauty products.
Tengram Capital Partners created a newly formed holding company, TWP UK Holdings Limited, to acquire the entre issued share capital of This Works Products Limited. Legal work included advising on complex investment issues, extensive due diligence and employment advice. Mackrell Turner Garrett lawyers were corporate partners Keith Provins and Maung Aye, IP partner Rebecca Howlett and employment associate Donna Martin.
