Testament to this is Polish firm, KWKR Konieczy Wierzbicki and Partners who have just advised on another joint venture between BCBR Investment Fund ASI S.A and the 4Growth Venture Capital fund.
The venture has allowed Wealthon S.A., a Polish fintech which offers tools and innovative forms of financing for small and medium-sized business, to receive capital to further expand its offering, including its flagship product POSCASH which delivers financing provided on the basis of a company’s turnover at a payment terminal.
Advised by KWKR Konieczy Wierzbicki lawyers Paulina Opielka, Pawel Machowski and Jaroslaw Stras, Wealthon raised 12 million PLN in investment. This is the third time the firm has worked with NCBR Investment Fund ASI S.A. in successful transactions.
