KWKR in Krakow are strengthening their TMT (Telecommunications, Media & Technology) team and their international reach with the addition of Łukasz Wieczorek, as partner.
For the last seven years, Łukasz has worked with KWKR, focusing primarily on advising IT clients and foreign clients, whilst also co-ordinating the TMT team responsible for cases related to new technologies, IT, and intellectual property law.
He has been integral in the development of the KWKR Law Firm and now the engagement and trust he has built translates to a change of role in the firm to keep the momentum going.
Łukasz has managed a number of ambitious projects, including international ones. For instance, he advised on a key contract between a KWKR client and Citibank concerning the implementation of the client’s application in 15 countries across Europe and Asia Pacific (for which the Law Firm received from the Rzeczpospolita daily the Outstanding Legal Skill Award in 2018). He also successfully negotiated an IT agreement between a client and a Silicon Valley unicorn.
