Codex Advokater advises a Norwegian group on the purchase of several strategically located properties and plots of land in Denmark.

Codex Advokater has most recently advised the Norwegian group, CIC Hospitality, in connection with the acquisition of a 7,674 m2 plot of land at Fynske Motorvej, where a new large modern hotel is to be built (Aiden by Best Western Odense).

The acquisition of the land is the latest step in CIC Hospitality’s expansion within the past 2 years with 4 new strategically located hotels in Denmark.

CIC Hospitality has previously acquired a business plot in Herning very closed to the hospital in Gødstrup, where a brand new hotel – Aiden by Best Western Herning  – with 204 rooms has already been established, just as the CIC Hospitality group in connection with two mergers and acquisitions has acquired shares and activities in the established hotels close to Høje Taastrup station (Thon Partner Hotel Høje Taastrup) and Factory Lodge at Holeby on Lolland close to the future Fehmarn bridge connection.
