Sweden does not currently offer a golden visa or citizenship by investment programme.

Residence permit for highly qualified persons to look for work or start a business
These requirements must be met in order for you to be granted a residence permit:
You must have a valid passport
You must have completed studies corresponding to a second-cycle qualification
For a degree to count as a second-cycle qualification, it must correspond to either a 60-credit Master’s degree, a 120-credit Master’s degree, a professional degree worth 60–330 credits, or a postgraduate/PhD-level degree.
You must be planning to look for work or investigate the possibilities for starting your own business
You must be able to support yourself financially
This means that you must demonstrate that you have bank assets equivalent to at least SEK 13,000 for each month for which you are applying for a residence permit. In addition to this, you should also have money to cover the cost of your return journey.
You must have comprehensive health insurance valid for care in Sweden
You must currently be located outside of Sweden
You can be granted a residence permit for a maximum of nine months.
Residence permit for people who have their own business
To apply for a residence permit to run your own business, you must
You must have a valid passport
You must have good experience in the industry and in running your own business
You must have relevant knowledge of Swedish or English
You must be the one running the business and own at least 51 percent of it
You must have a credible basis for your budget
You must have established customer contacts or networks
You must be able to support yourself financially
You must have enough funds to run the business
EU Blue Card
An EU Blue Card issued in Sweden gives you the right to live and work in Sweden. The card entitles you to work in Sweden for the employer and within the profession specified in your application.
These requirements must be met in order for you to be granted an EU Blue Card:
You must have a valid passport
You must have higher education or at least five years of experience
Your higher education must correspond to at least 180 higher education credits. Alternatively, you can have at least five years of relevant professional experience.
You must have an employment contract for a highly qualified employment
Your salary/wages must be high enough
You must have a salary/wages that amount to at least 1,25 times the average Swedish salary/wages.
You must have, or have applied for, a comprehensive health insurance policy
