Poland does not currently offer a golden visa or citizenship by investment programme.

A temporary stay permit for the purpose of pursuing business activity
If the purpose of the foreigner's stay in Poland is to conduct business activity, they may apply for a temporary residence permit for the purpose of conducting business activity. This type of permit may also be obtained by a foreigner whose purpose of stay in Poland is:
performing a function in a management board of a limited liability company or a joint-stock company whose stocks or shares are owned by the foreigner or
managing the affairs of a limited partnership or a limited joint-stock partnership by a general partner or
acting as a proxy
Notwithstanding the above, the conditions set forth in Article 142 of Foreigners Act must be met.
The permit is granted by the voivode for a maximum of 3 years with the possibility of obtaining another permit (the permit is not automatically renewed).
A long-term EU resident's stay permit
A long-term EU resident's stay permit can be granted to a foreigner for an indefinite period of time if he/she has been staying in the territory of the Poland legally and uninterruptedly for at least five years directly before filing the application and meets the conditions specified in article 211 of Foreigners Act.
EU Blue Card
It is a temporary residence permit for highly qualified employees. Under current regulations, an EU Blue Card may be applied for by a foreigner who:
graduated from a university or has at least five years of work experience at a level comparable to that which he would have had if he had graduated from a university,
has entered into an employment contract/civil contract for at least one year,
receives an annual salary of not less than 150% of the amount of the average salary in the national economy in the year preceding the conclusion of the contract as announced by the Central Statistical Office
has medical insurance or confirmation of coverage by an insurer of the cost of treatment in the territory of Poland.
The standard period of validity in Poland is three years.
