My law practice focuses exclusively on real estate, commercial, and finance matters. I assist my clients with commercial negotiations and asset acquisition and financing in workouts and bankruptcies. I have negotiated the sale, lease and financing of hundreds of millions of dollars of property throughout California. I served on the Eastern Alameda County Bar Association’s board of directors and was its President in 2004. I was the President of the Livermore Valley Winegrowers Association, and served as a board member of the Livermore Valley Wine Auction. The Alameda County Board of Supervisors appointed me as chairperson for its Agricultural Advisory Committee in 2001 and 2002. I was appointed by the Alameda Board of Supervisors to the East County Board of Zoning Adjustments in 2006, and I am the public member and past chairperson of the Alameda County Local Agency Formation Commission. I serve on the board of Innovation Tri-Valley Leadership Group and chair its housing, infrastructure and transportation committee. I am the current chairperson of the board of directors of iGATE Development Corporation, an incubator serving emerging technologies. I serve on the board of the California Association of Local Agency Formation Commissions. I am a past president of the Livermore Chamber of Commerce. I enjoy being an active member of the Livermore Rotary, and served as the treasurer of Livermore Junior Football League.
