How AI is Transforming Traditional Construction Processes and Creating new Considerations for those Advising in the Sector
1st July, 16.00 UK BST
Please join Chair, John Scheef (Scheef & Stone https://solidcounsel.com/attorneys/c-john-scheef-iii/ , Texas) on our quarterly Construction Law PG Call on Wednesday 1st July 2026 at 4 pm UK BSTtogether with Peter Morgan, Founder & CEO of Deep Learning Partnership (https://deeplp.com/), an AI consultancy based in London. He has been working in the tech-industry for twenty five years, the last thirteen of which has been in artificial intelligence. He has a Masters in physics, and an MBA.
Peter will explore how construction industry participants - including owners, developers, contractors, and operators - are deploying Artificial Intelligence across the construction lifecycle, driving efficiency, reducing risk, and generating cost savings from blueprint, through contracts, to operations. Peter will examine practical use cases, including generative design tools that optimize planning and sustainability outcomes, drones and computer vision systems that monitor site progress in real time, and AI-enabled wearables that help predict and reduce risks. He will cover how shifting from reactive workflows to predictive, data-driven decision-making is transforming traditional construction processes and creating new commercial, operational, and legal considerations for those advising clients in the sector.
We would also like to have an open forum at the end for anyone to bring up topics or issues they would like to discuss, and finally to suggest topics for further meetings.
