Who wants to be a Managing Partner?
At the IBA’s Law Firm Management Committee retreat earlier this year, one of the key sessions tackled the multiple and often conflicting challenges of leading a law firm.
The session was ‘gamified’ with 4 possible options, along the lines of the show, ‘Who Wants to be a Millionaire?’
We won’t gamify our MI Global Managing Partner Forum on Thursday 22nd October, but we will look to tackle some of our key issues – with the prize being insights gained from your peers in ‘the same boat’ as you and navigating similar choppy waters.
