Lessons in Leadership - Everybody Leads, with Tim Lupinacci
5th February 2026, 3 pm UK GMT
We each come in contact with individuals every single day who lack the confidence to step up to their fullest potential as the leader they are.
Too often, the individual believes that since they do not have an official title or position, they must bide their time in the trenches until they “become a leader” by receiving a promotion or a fancy title. Others believe that mistakes made in their past prevent them from leading in any meaningful way.
The purpose of Everybody Leads is to encourage every individual to step up as a leader regardless of title, position, authority, or past mistakes. Everybody leads every day in some way. Whether in a corporate setting, waiting tables at a chain restaurant, working with electronics at a manufacturing plant, serving on a non-profit board, volunteering in a church or synagogue, or within their own family, everybody leads in some capacity. And everybody can improve their leadership skills and talent by focusing on getting better every day.
Tim Lupinacci from Baker Donelson in Alabama shares the insights from his leadership journey (including running Baker Donelson) and which have gone into his book, "Everybody Leads" - this is a key session for all leaders... which, it turns out, is all of us.
