We are delighted to welcome back Professor Paul McGee for a vibrant and challenging session for all leaders in law firms.

Paul will take the (alleged) Charles Darwin quotation, ‘The future does not belong to the strongest of the most intelligent, the future belongs to those who are best able to adapt to change’ and explore the relevance of that in today's world - giving you pause for thought and some tips and ideas to take into your working and personal lives.

Paul will explore why leaders need both courage and humility to navigate change well and will highlight 'red cap' and 'blue cap' behaviour, helping participants understand how our reactive red cap can make us risk averse at times.

He will also include an exercise where people reflect on four questions that will help them improve their relationship with a key person in their business.
