Connecting MI Emerging Leaders
On our recent call with a group of emerging leaders (EL) from Mackrell International firms in Latin America, we agreed to connect our ELs across the Americas.
In our EMEA region and in places across the US and Canada, our Emerging Leaders are already supporting one another and sending work back and forth – that’s often easier amongst your peers than with more senior Partners.
Studies have shown that your network is the biggest determinant of business success (not just the MI network – though MI does provide a fast-track), so we are going to keep holding our annual in-person, Americas EL meeting (free to attend) and in the meantime, see how we can connect you virtually.
