Jon chairs his firm’s Employment and Labor practice group (and its Craft Beer practice group too - ask him on the call !)

Jon will lead this call on what is happening in U.S. employment law, from shifting federal agency priorities, important Supreme Court decisions, key changes to the patchwork of state rules, and what those changes mean for employers and their counsel.

This is designed as a conversation. MI members from across all jurisdictions are invited to share what they are seeing in their own markets, compare common challenges and how they have been handled, and point out where employment law developments align or diverge around the world. Please come ready to contribute your insights, practical lessons learned, and questions.

Expect open dialogue, shared learning, and practical solutions you can take back to your firms and your clients.

As usual, there will be an opportunity at the end for anyone to bring up topics or issues they would like to discuss, and finally to suggest topics for further meetings.
