Emerging Leaders Meeting London 2025

Our final Emerging Leaders meeting of 2025 opened on a high note thanks to the warm hospitality of Mackrell Solicitors, who hosted us in London and created a setting that encouraged open conversation and fresh thinking.

Earlier in the summer, Emerging Leaders gathered in Minneapolis with the support of Arthur Chapman. Both meetings on either side of the Atlantic had their own rhythm yet shared the same spirit. In each setting, early career lawyers arrived with a mix of curiosity and ambition. They explored ideas, compared experiences, tested their assumptions and, in doing so, began to see more clearly the direction they might take in a profession that never sits still.

Some of the most meaningful moments were the quiet ones. A chat over coffee between two people who had only ever exchanged emails. Someone recognising that Partnership might be closer than they once believed and that they can step towards it in a way that feels their own. The way the group moved so easily across cultures and generations, supported by the simple strength of being in the same room.

London brought the year to a close with a sense of genuine momentum and possibility.
