Seattle Emerging Leaders - A Hub for High-Potential Legal Leaders

After successful meetings in Tokyo and Madrid this year, attention shifted to Seattle for the latest Emerging Leaders meeting. 

As with the previous meetings, this one was international.  Lawyers joined from both Canada and Latin America as well as from across the USA, bringing rich and different perspectives to the group.

The meeting focused on developing and strengthening the cohort’s capabilities and network.  Numerous articles in the Harvard Business Review and Forbes highlight the vital importance of building your network to get on in life and business - and MI helps you fast-track this.

There were valuable sessions on:

• how to pitch and win clients

• the business of law - law firm economics

• positioning yourself for success in the new age of AI.

And, as ever, there was team building, laughter, engagement, bubbling discussion and connection - foundations for the future.

As with all MI meetings - and particularly Emerging Leader ones (!) - the energy, dynamism and interaction was off the scale; truly inspiring.
