Each year the Mackrell International Europe, Middle East & Africa (EMEA) Next Gen group offers multiple events and initiatives dedicated to young lawyers working in the region. Whether online, in-person, or in a hybrid format, these events combine expert knowledge, skills training, and fun with networking and meeting new people. The goal is to provide an easy-going opportunity to get to know your Mackrell International peers in the EMEA region.
Normally, the EMEA Next Gen group organises at least one ‘next gen exclusive’ in-person meeting every year. Recent Next Gen meetings were hosted by member firms in Frankfurt, Zurich, Edinburgh and allowed participants to get acquainted with the firm and the city. The Next Gen group also has a (morning) meeting at the annual EMEA Regional Meeting. During the covid 19 pandemic several online meetings allowed the Next Gen lawyers to stay in touch.
