Each year the Mackrell International Europe, Middle East & Africa (EMEA) Emerging Leaders group offers multiple events and initiatives dedicated to young lawyers working in the region. Whether online, in-person, or in a hybrid format, these events combine expert knowledge, skills training, and fun with networking and meeting new people. The goal is to provide an easy-going opportunity to get to know your Mackrell International peers in the EMEA region.
Normally, the EMEA Emerging Leaders group organises at least one ‘next gen exclusive’ in-person meeting every year. Recent Emerging Leaders meetings were hosted by member firms in Frankfurt, Zurich, Edinburgh and allowed participants to get acquainted with the firm and the city. The Emerging Leaders group also has a (morning) meeting at the annual EMEA Regional Meeting. During the covid 19 pandemic several online meetings allowed the Emerging Leaders lawyers to stay in touch.
