The MI Women’s Group is an established initiative within Mackrell International, created to support, connect and amplify the voices of women across our global member firms.

The group meets regularly throughout the year, both as standalone gatherings and as dedicated sessions during our main international meetings. Recent meetings have taken place in London, Orlando, Prague and Stamford, with further gatherings scheduled in cities such as Hamburg and San Jose. Each location provides a backdrop for meaningful discussion, professional development and peer support.

Sessions include leadership conversations, mentoring exchanges, workshops and open forums addressing topics such as career progression, business development, collaboration and work-life balance. Above all, the group fosters genuine connection between women practising law in different markets and cultural contexts.

Participation continues to grow, and new faces are always warmly welcome.
