Documentary Requirements
Valid passport with at least six months validity.
Completed and signed application form.
Recent passport-sized photographs.
Proof of registration of the investment vehicle in Kenya
Local bank statements showing availability of USD 100,000 in investment funds
A detailed cover letter addressed to the Immigration Department
Copy of Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA) personal identification number (PIN) certificate

Minimum Stay Requirements
