Francisco Roggero

After almost 20 years of experience in the Corporate and Banking Area, with special emphasis on Insolvency and Restructuring, Francisco joins the ZBV team where, in addition to providing expertise in Banking and M&A operations, he will lead the new practice of Insolvency and Restructuring of the firm.

Prior to joining ZBV, Francisco has worked as a lawyer in Bulló Abogados, where he was a partner since 2014. His practice began in the area of Litigation, representing banks, automotive, insurance companies and telecommunications companies, among other sectors, passing then to perform in the Corporate and Banking sector, focusing on the area of Insolvency, Restructuring and Distressed M&A. Francisco graduated as a lawyer from the Argentine Catholic University (1999) and has a Master's Degree in Business Law from the Austral University (2006).

Among the many associations and institutions to which he belongs, it stands out that he is a member of the Bar Association of the City of Buenos Aires, where he was director from 2008 to 2012, he is a regular professor of the Argentine Catholic University, member of the International Bar Association, where he serves as an officer of the Latin American Regional Forum, member of IDEA's Network of Business Lawyers and a visiting professor at dePaul University of Chicago for his annual Legal Dimensions of Doing Business in Latin America course.
