Prior to joining the firm, Kelley served as General Counsel for a leading Mid-Atlantic construction and development firm, giving her a clear view of what clients need from counsel: strategic foresight, practical guidance, and solutions that move businesses forward.

As General Counsel for a $700M plus construction and development powerhouse, Kelley didn’t just manage legal risk—she helped shape the company’s trajectory, guiding a multi-market construction and development enterprise through partnerships, regulatory compliance, complex negotiations, and large-scale risk management. Her work helped steer major business deals and align legal operations with high-growth objectives.

Before that, Kelley spent nearly a decade handling high-stakes commercial litigation from every angle. As a partner at a regional law firm, she fought for developers, contractors, and business leaders facing multimillion-dollar disputes.
