John Frankel

John Frankel is a member of the Corporate and Business Transactions and Estate Planning and Probate Departments of Wickens Herzer Panza.

John represents a number of businesses in the greater Erie County area. He focuses his practice on real estate and estate planning and probate matters. John served for many years on the Firm’s Board of Directors, before stepping down in 2022.

With over 45 years' experience assisting clients through the management of their businesses and personal assets, John is also versed in estate analysis, federal and state tax planning, and trust administration.

Martindale-Hubbell has awarded John an AV rating for preeminent legal ability and having the highest ethical standards.
