Marina Perraki assists clients with litigation and portfolio management in the field of IP with a focus on trademarks, designs, domain names and unfair competition law. She is currently chairing INTA International Amicus Committee and regularly authors amicus briefs to the CJEU, the General Court of the EU and the Grand Board of Appeal of the EUIPO.

In 2022 the firm’s IP group under her leadership was awarded “IP Firm of the Year for Greece 2022” in the Global IP Awards by IAM and World Trademark Review.

She participates in the Trademark Elite Panel of World Trademark Review and is being recognized as a WTR Global Leader and listed as top practitioner for trademark law in the country by World Trademark Review 1000 – The World’s Leading Trademark Professionals and Managing Intellectual Property - IP Stars, Chambers Europe also regularly lists her for intellectual property. Marina has litigated dozens of cases, precedent setting cases, and disputes and has briefed and argued numerous appeals and cassations before the Greek Supreme Court.

Her client base includes leading international and domestic brands, in sectors ranging from food and beverages, cosmetics, alcoholic beverages, apparel, luxury, pharmaceuticals to hospitality, payment and financial services, entertainment and sports.
