Konstantinos is a senior corporate lawyer and capital markets specialist. He advises commercial corporates, banks, and insurance companies on key areas of corporate law including corporate governance and regulatory issues, and capital market transactions. Konstantinos covers the full spectrum of corporate legal services from tackling day-to-day issues as they arise to offering expert advice on several aspects of corporate governance such as conflicts of interest and immunity issues and providing guidance on Board operation and duties. He has extensive experience advising clients in regulated and non-regulated markets on the full complement of corporate law services and has been actively involved in large-scale transactions including M&As and corporate transformations.

Konstantinos began his career in Paris with the Deutsche Bank’s Legal Division where he developed specializations in debt capital markets, securitization and syndicated loans and bonds’ listings. After a period, he got appointed Deputy Head of the Capital Markets (Legal) Department at BNP Paribas Paris advising on the Bank’s first two European Law- governed securitizations. In 2006, he was appointed General Counsel of BNP Paribas, Greece. In 2012, during Greece’s consolidation of the banking sector, he was appointed General Counsel for the Millennium Bank. Following the acquisition of the latter by the Piraeus Bank, he was appointed GC at Geniki Bank (Piraeus Bank Group). In 2016, he joined Eurolife ERB (Insurance Company) as GC. Konstantinos was a member of the Legal Committee of the Hellenic Bank Association (2006-2013) and a member of the Tax and Legal Committee of the Hellenic Association of Insurance Companies (2016 – 2019).
