Simeon Hinkov is an attorney with Stankov, Todorov, Hinkov & Spasov, Attorneys-at-Law and a member of the Sofia Bar Association.

Simeon Hinkov has expertise in the field of acquisitions, as well as in the procedures for transformation and restructuring of companies.
In the period 2020-2021, Simeon successfully advised the Bulgarian Football Union on the legal and regulatory matters of the VAR System implementation in Bulgaria.
From 2016 to 2017, hе participated in the joint internship program of the Sofia Regional Court and the Bulgarian-American Commission for Educational Exchange Fulbright where he provided legal assistance to civil and criminal judges by drafting judicial acts and analyzing case law.
Simeon Hinkov holds a Master’s Degree in Law from Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski.
Prior to joining the team of Stankov, Todorov, Hinkov & Spasov, Attorneys-at-Law, he has worked at Kolcheva, Smilenov, Koev & Partners Law Firm in the period 2013-2016.
