Niclas Salingre

Niclas is the co-founder of Salingre Attorneys and has a comprehensive background and extensive experience in commercial and corporate law. Although employment law has been his primary field of expertise for nearly two decades, he is also regularly involved in litigation and arbitration. In addition, he advises both Finnish and international clients on matters relating to commercial contracts, real estate and regulatory matters.

Although he has worked in law firms throughout his career (after completing his one-year bench training at Parainen District Court in Turku), Niclas also worked for around a year on secondment as an in-house counsel for a major Finnish-owned international corporation, giving valuable experience of business operations outside the legal service industry.

For over twenty years, Niclas has been significantly involved in Mackrell International, a global network of independent law firms with the mission to provide high-quality service to clients who require legal services in jurisdictions outside their own. As a consequence, he has a vast personal network consisting of skilled and service-minded lawyers from around the world.
