Markus is passionate about M&A, having specialised in this field since 2000.

At his former firm, Markus engaged in public M&A transactions to some extent. However, since 2011 he has focused exclusively on private M&A transactions. He finds having a background as a dispute resolution lawyer an invaluable asset when working with M&A transactions and contract drafting. In addition to M&A, he regularly advises clients on corporate law matters and commercial contracts.
