Christopher Rizakos

Christopher Rizakos is an associate in Rosenberg Martin Greenberg's Business Planning & Transactions, Real Estate and Commercial Lending Groups. Chris focuses his practice on complex corporate and commercial real estate transactions and advises clients through various deal structures, including mergers, acquisitions, developments, leasing, and financing.

Prior to joining the firm, Chris represented plaintiffs in civil litigation with a focus on medical malpractice, automobile accidents, premises liability, and catastrophic personal injury matters. He was also a judicial law clerk to The Honorable Mickey J. Norman and judicial intern to The Honorable John J. Nagle III, both in the Baltimore County Circuit Court.

Chris received his Juris Doctor from the University of Baltimore School of Law where he served on the Executive Board of Law Forum as an Articles Editor and became a Certified Mediator under Maryland Rule 17-106. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Business Management with a minor in Economics from Washington College.
