Derek Lee

Derek Lee is an associate in Rosenberg Martin Greenberg’s Litigation group, where he represents clients in a wide range of commercial litigation matters, with a particular focus on landlord-tenant disputes. He is committed to providing clear, responsive communication and practical legal solutions to meet each client’s needs.

Derek earned his J.D. from the University of Baltimore School of Law, where he served as President of the Entertainment, Arts and Sports Law Society and Vice President of the Real Estate Law Association. He graduated cum laude from the University of South Carolina with a B.S. in Sport and Entertainment Management.

Following law school, Derek served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Keith R. Truffer in the Circuit Court for Baltimore County.

Originally from Annapolis, Derek now lives in Washington, D.C. He is a passionate fan of D.C. sports teams and the South Carolina Gamecocks, and enjoys golfing in his free time.
