Daniel Grossman

Dan Grossman is an associate in RMG’s Real Estate practice group, focusing on a broad range of real estate transactions and corporate matters. He has experience advising clients through acquisitions, dispositions, commercial leasing, and financings, as well as related corporate transactions and restructurings.

He earned his J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of Baltimore School of Law, where he was a senior staff editor of the University of Baltimore Law Review, law scholar in Civil Procedure, and member of the Royal Graham Shannonhouse III Honor Society. Dan also holds a B.S.B.A. in Finance from the University of Miami.
