Andrew holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree (LLB) from the University of Lusaka (UNILUS). He has a unique combination of accounting and law with broad experience in accounting, business valuation, taxation, payroll audit, legal research, legal compliance, commercial litigation, conveyancing, immigration, corporate governance and company secretary. He has over 15 years of work experience, having worked in both accounting/audit and law firms which have exposed him to various practical areas of accounting and law practice. He is solution oriented and always strives to navigate through complex issues that a client may face in order to formulate not only a practical, but a workable and cost-effective solution. He also holds Associate Director membership with the Institute of Directors of Zambia (“IoDZ”). He is a member of the Law Association of Zambia (“LAZ”) and an Advocate of the High Court of Zambia (AHCZ). He also oversees company assignments as well as company law and other regulatory compliance related matters.
