Aldo Feliciani

Aldo Lorenzo Feliciani is an expert in all areas of Labour Law. He provides Italian and foreign clients with either judicial or extra-judicial assistance. He gives advice on employment contracts for managers and employees, restrictive agreements (including non-compete agreements and minimum duration agreements), company policies, disciplinary codes (including internet and email use policies) company transfers and outsourcing. He also delas with various aspects of employment relationship management (including disciplinary measures and transfers) individual and collective dismissal, employee privacy issues, legal proceedings negotiations and settlement agreements.

He has considerable experience in managing commercial agreements (including agency, distribution, deposit, sales and estimation contracts) and in the corporate criminal liability (D.lgs 23/2001).

He graduated from the University Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in 1994.

He has been a member of the Italian Bar Association since 1998 and he was admitted to practice before the Italian Supreme Court in 2014.

He holds the position of monocratic supervisory body, pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 231 of 8 June 2001, in companies that are clients of the firm.

He is a member of the Italian Labor Lawyers’ Association AGI (“Avvocati Giuslavoristi Italiani”) and of the German-Italian Lawyers Association (“Associazione per gli scambi culturali tra giuristi italiani e Tedeschi”)
