Denisa Mikulášová

Denisa obtained her Master’s degree in Law from the Law Faculty of Charles University and also graduated from the Philosophical Faculty of the University of Pardubice. She is registered on the roll of lawyers of the Czech Bar Association. In her legal practice, Denisa specialises in the preparation of procedures for the award of public contracts and private law with focus on debt administration and collection, including issues related to insolvency proceedings. In this connection, Denisa undertook a work placement in the civil section of the District Court for Prague 2.
