Josef Aujezdský

Josef obtained his Master’s degree in Law from the Law Faculty of Charles University. Josef is registered on the roll of lawyers of the Czech Bar Association and is one of the founding partners of Mašek, Kočí, Aujezdský. Josef specialises in intellectual property law (in particular the rights of an author, trademark law, law governing domain names and the protection of databases), commercial obligations (including unfair competition) and other legal aspects of trading on the internet, including matters containing an international element or relating to the application of EU law. Josef often comments on these matters in the media.
