Experience

He advised on the processes of mergers and acquisitions, divisions and transformations of capital companies and partnerships. He has extensive experience in conducting capital transactions both on the public and private market, including those involving closed-end investment funds, as well as in securities law. He specializes in the law of investment contracts and commercial contracts. Participant of due diligence processes. He dealt with the service and creation of foreign structures, mainly in Luxembourg and Malta.

Education

Attorney at law entered on the list of the District Chamber of Legal Advisers in Krakow in 2022. Distinguished as a trainee attorney at law among 20 trainees with the highest result of the attorney-at-law exam in the Krakow Chamber in 2022.

He graduated with honors from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University.

He is fluent in English.
