Experience

He has extensive experience in providing services to entrepreneurs, gained in law firms in Krakow. He has represented clients in court, administrative and tax proceedings. He carried out M&A processes and provided day-to-day and comprehensive corporate services to commercial companies, including public companies. He created and implemented procedures and conducted training in the field of AML for obligated institutions. He participated in negotiations and prepared investment agreements and other agreements related to the business and investment activities conducted by clients. He prepared legal opinions on GDPR, tax, civil and other matters.

Education

In 2016, he graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Maria Curie-Skłodowska University. In 2020, he passed the legal adviser exam and was entered on the list of legal advisers of the District Chamber of Legal Advisers in Krakow.
