Fouad Massad

Fouad Massad joined Kamal and Associates in 2017. He is a corporate lawyer with experience across Saudi Arabia and other regional markets, and his main areas of expertise are mergers and acquisitions, regulatory compliance, and e-commerce. Fouad has assisted businesses to navigate complex and uncertain regulatory environments, and helped them establish diverse projects including in renewable energy, fintech, ride-hailing, cyber security, and tele-medicine.
