Keith Williams

For more than nineteen years, Keith Williams has advised and represented clients across a broad spectrum, from individuals and start-ups to some of the world’s largest privately and publicly held companies. His practice covers contract negotiation and drafting, deal structuring, business formation, shareholder and partnership disputes, commercial and real estate litigation, government contracts, international business matters, and all core areas of the gaming industry.

Beyond private practice, Keith has held significant leadership roles in business. He served as Head of Legal, North America for a rapidly growing start-up, guiding its expansion to more than 400 employees and over $200 million in annual revenue. He later co-founded and served as President and counsel of a gaming company that completed one of Nasdaq’s most successful IPOs of 2021.
