Sydnee Mongeon

Sydnee is an attorney in the Firm’s Transactional Department and focuses her practice on business and real estate transactions, including entity formation, business sales and acquisitions, and licensing.

Sydnee earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Economics from Eastern Washington University and her Juris Doctor from the William S. Boyd School of Law, graduating from both with high honors. While in law school, Sydnee was an editor on the Nevada Law Journal, participated in the Tenant’s Rights Legal Residency, and served as the Vice President of the Real Estate and Law Society.

Prior to joining Kaempfer Crowell, Sydnee worked at a business law firm, assisting clients with commercial transactions, business formations, and corporate governance. She also advised on regulatory compliance and licensing, helping businesses navigate Nevada’s complex legal landscape.
