Brittney Lehtinen

Born in Southern Utah and raised in Nevada, Brittney has deep roots in the Las Vegas community. Her legal practice spans a wide range of areas, with a focus on business and real estate transactions, development agreements, business licensing, privileged licensing (liquor and gaming), and family law-related agreements, including prenuptial, post-nuptial, and cohabitation agreements. Additionally, Brittney has experience in literary transactions, assisting authors and other creative professionals with negotiating and drafting contracts related to intellectual property and publishing.

Brittney is highly skilled in negotiating and documenting development agreements, mixed-use transactions, and commercial leases. With a comprehensive understanding of Nevada’s regulatory framework, particularly in liquor and gaming licensing, she efficiently navigates complex multijurisdictional requirements, providing precise and effective solutions for businesses.

Before joining Kaempfer Crowell, Brittney served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Stefany A. Miley of the Eighth Judicial District Court, sharpening her skills in civil and criminal law by preparing bench briefs.
