Eran Mizrahi

Eran Mizrahi is a partner in ERM’s Real Estate & Leisure Department, as well as a lead partner in the firm’s Banking & Finance practice. He specialises in the financing of real estate and infrastructure projects, advising institutional investors and private equity funds on acquisition finance and commercial loans. Eran also represents both borrowers and lenders in complex real estate financing transactions, offering legal counsel throughout all stages of acquisition and construction projects, including residential purchasing groups.
