Golan is a partner in ERM’s Real Estate & Leisure Department. He specialises in complex real estate transactions, including urban renewal, combination transactions, purchasing groups, and real estate financing. Golan has extensive experience representing developers, landowners, and residents in large-scale projects, providing comprehensive legal counsel throughout all phases – from early-stage engagement, planning, and financing to construction and completion.
