Patrick Bär

Patrick is a key member of Danckelmann and Kerst’s Intellectual Property and Litigation practice. He advises domestic and international clients on the full spectrum of intellectual property matters, including the development of IP strategies, trademark protection, unfair competition, data protection, trade secrets, and copyright law. As an experienced litigator, he represents clients in civil court actions as well as in proceedings before data protection authorities and trademark offices. Clients value his pragmatic mindset and business-focused advice.

Since 2023, Patrick has been recognised by the Frankfurt Bar Association as a certified specialist in intellectual property law. He also serves as Co-Chair of Mackrell International’s EMEA Emerging Leaders (Subsection Europe) and is an active member of GRUR, Germany’s oldest and largest association for IP professionals.
