Ricardo Sánchez

With almost 20 years of dedication to the intellectual property field, he has directed and participated in formulating and implementing legal strategies, both in consulting and litigation, to protect clients’ intangible assets. His experience covers many complex disputes, from trademarks, patents, and copyrights to unfair competition and information technology.

He has advised companies in various sectors, ensuring the safeguarding and defense of their intangible assets. From the design of legal strategies to obtain registrations before the relevant authorities to the resolution of disputes for violations of these rights, he has led contentious proceedings before the Mexican Institute of Industrial Property (IMPI), domain name disputes before the WIPO, and various judicial instances, including several proceedings before the Supreme Court of Justice of the Nation. In addition, he has extensive experience in drafting legal agreements specializing in technology and copyrights.
