LinkedIn for Lawyers: Less Cringe, More Credibility

On 8^th July we’re running a short, practical LinkedIn session for the next generation of lawyers across the MI network – helping them build a professional presence online without the fluff (or pressure to post daily).

We’re offering two sessions to cover time zones; 9:00 UK BST and 16:00 UK BST (join whichever suits you) 45 minutes – short, sharp, and practical 

Hosted by our very own social media and comms lead, Saria Monsen-Elvik, this session will cover:

• How to get your profile looking professional (yes, it’s time to update that photo)

• Simple ways to engage without needing to post

• How to build credibility over time without shouting online

• Why a minimal but considered presence can still open doors 

Ideal for lawyers in the earlier stages of their careers, those who’ve neglected their profiles, or anyone after a few quick, practical tips to sharpen up their LinkedIn presence (typically aged 26–36 – but open to all curious minds).
