MI Cannabis Practice Group Call

It has been some time since we last convened as the MI Cannabis Practice Group, and the moment has come for us to reignite our collective passion and commitment to the dynamic field of the Cannabis Industry.

This is why we propose that next Tuesday 28th November at 15:00 GMT we fire the starting shot for the re-launch of the MI Cannabis Practice Group meeting.

The legislative and business landscape has evolved significantly since we last gathered, with legal and regulatory changes creating new opportunities and challenges. It is precisely this evolving nature of the industry that makes this forum even more vital.

Agenda:

1.      Introductions amongst those on the call

2.      Overview of the Cannabis Industry in the attendants’ countries and offices (including the top 3 hurdles to patient access in your jurisdiction at present)

3.      Change in Practice Group leadership

At the suggestion of Santiago Mediano Abogados, from Madrid, to discuss the experience of the attendees in relation to the practical application of the principle of mutual recognition in the EU in relation to products derived from Cannabis (as regulated by Regulation 2019/515).
