Eleni’s focus lies mainly in the areas of corporate, contract law and corporate governance. She is very often involved in the negotiation and drafting of contracts. Eleni has experience in drafting complex compliance codes and policies for private and listed companies and banks and has worked extensively on the drafting of compliance policies and regulations for domestic Cooperative Banks and for a Payment Systems company. She has also been part of the team that provides legal services and support to HCAP’s Supervisory Board. She also advises legal entities on data protection issues and has drafted relevant internal policies and guidelines.
