Aleksander Bobrowski

He specializes in transactional advisory in the areas of M&A, private equity, and venture capital. He has several years of experience gained at leading Polish law firms, where he took part in numerous due diligence processes, drafted and negotiated transaction documentation (SPA, SHA, investment agreements), and advised both companies and investors at various stages of development.

In his work, he combines expertise in corporate law and transactional experience with strong business awareness. He supports clients in negotiations and helps them choose solutions that ensure legal security while meeting real market needs. He also advises on implementation agreements in the IT sector, assisting entrepreneurs in technology contracts.

At KWKR, alongside his involvement in M&A and VC projects, he is also developing the firm’s private debt practice – an area that is growing rapidly in Central and Eastern Europe and is becoming an alternative to bank financing and private equity. His goal is to support funds, investors, and entrepreneurs in creating flexible, modern financing structures.
